Are the course accredited

Yes they are all cpd accredited

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the course material being sent to your email address for we have a no refund policy unless in certain circumstances

Will I get a certificate/award when I complete my course

Yes you will get a Cpd award/certificate emailed over on completion

Is there a time limit I have to complete the course in

No there are no time limits at all

Can I get insurance with online courses

Yes we can forward you on to an insurance company

Where can we get materials/equipment can you advise us

Yes we can send you all the links etc to buy materials

Do you offer support throughout the course

Yes we have tutors available online at all times via email or Facebook chat
